Yes, we work hard to deliver the best possible results to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. And yes, part of our jobs requires time away from family and friends in airports, hotels and conference rooms. But aside from the satisfaction our consultants get from working with bright and highly motivated colleagues on interesting projects, we find time to fit in some fun.
 
Team dinners

Teams often gather for a relaxed dinner to celebrate important milestones or the successful conclusion of a project.

Office happy hours and outings

Firm-sponsored happy hours or office outings may provide opportunities for our associates to meet new colleagues and mingle with those they haven’t spoken to in a while, exchange news and to simply have a good time together.

Simon-Kucher World Meeting and Holiday Party

A highlight for associates worldwide is our World Meeting, held each December. At the World Meeting , we share company-wide successes and goals, knowledge from internal projects, and updates from offices around the world. The meeting, to which all associates are invited, provides a great opportunity to meet colleagues from around the world, some of whom might only be known from conference calls and e-mail exchanges. The World Meeting culminates in our Holiday Party, a very festive affair and one way of saying thank you to all of our associates for their commitment and their achievements.

Sports activities

For those who are up to a sports challenge, there are opportunities to join teams who represent our firm in charity events such as the JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge or other such events. In addition, many of our colleagues participate in self-organized activities such as ski trips, soccer teams, softball teams, etc.
