Project team structure
We know that our clients often face difficult issues and we rely on the experiences, perspectives, and ideas of our associates to generate the best possible solutions. Our project teams are truly at the heart of our success.
Learning and sharing
Our project teams bring together colleagues with different backgrounds, areas of expertise and levels of experience. Team members constantly learn from one another and an experienced project manager guides the team. We actively involve a partner in every project and all team members closely interact with our senior management on a regular basis.
Involvement and responsibility…
We don’t assign a set number of associates to every project, but on every project, every team member possesses some degree of responsibility. Beyond these individual responsibilities, formal team meetings and informal conversations provide opportunities for team members to voice ideas and opinions. We welcome your contributions and input from the start.
…from start to finish
We want you to understand our work inside and out so you’ll participate in projects from beginning to end. We don’t want you to do “the same thing” on every project – it hurts us and it doesn’t help you grow. So we attempt to vary your individual work from project to project, based on your experience, developmental needs and our needs. International context
We’re an international firm and many of our projects reflect that in terms of scope and team set-up, so you’ll likely find yourself working with colleagues from our offices around the world. For more information on international opportunities, please click here.
