Mr. Cheng has dedicated his entire consulting career to strategic marketing and commercial excellence. With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Cheng in particular specializes in developing new business & portfolio concepts, value-based pricing strategies and value selling.
Across his engagements, Mr. Cheng has built up a deep sector expertise and understanding of profit growth solutions in two Global Practice areas: software, internet & media as well as technology & industrial solutions.
In these areas Mr. Cheng develops and leads large projects, acts as a sounding board and sparring partner for clients, is a writer of numerous articles and is a regular speaker at seminars and in-company sessions.
From the hub in Amsterdam, Mr. Cheng performs his consulting work across Europe. He holds a Master’s of Science degree of the University of Twente, The Netherlands.
