Florent Jacquet

Florent Jacquet is a Partner in the Paris office of Simon-Kucher & Partners. Together with other associates, he founded the French office to develop the international presence of SKP. He joined the company in 1998 after his graduation from HEC in Paris, a leading French Business School

Florent specializes in profitability improvement through distribution and sales strategy, innovation pricing, price/product positioning, and the design of advanced pricing models. His clients are mainly service companies. He is responsible for the Financial Services practice in France and is also active in the Transport and Telecom industries.

Recent project examples include the design of a churn reduction and win-back programme for a leading European bank, the complete redesign of tariffs and T&C for a B2B client or the launch of a new electronic registered mail service.

Florent is a regular speaker at national and international conferences such as EFMA, Les Echos, EFE, Euroforum, Development Institute. He publishes in leading periodicals such as Les Echos, Revue Banque, L’Agefi Actifs, Telecom Business Life and Management.

He is also co-author of La Stratégie Prix, Dunod, 2005 (2nd edition), a book that summarizes key insights on pricing, and was awarded the FNAC-Les Echos prize as Best Strategy & Management book.
