Dominic is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences division in Frankfurt.
He helps develop and drive strategic launch and lifecycle product and portfolio strategies for global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. His consulting engagements have focused on launch planning, go-to-market, pricing, market access, customer segmentation, scenario planning, innovative financing and payment models, price negotiation, growth, war-gaming and competitive defense, launch sequence optimization, and value communication strategies across a wide range of specialty and primary care products. He also has extensive experience in autoimmune, oncology, and orphan diseases.
Dominic supports his clients on both European and international business issues, drawing from his on-the-ground experience from more than 120 projects in key European markets and more than 20 global markets (including emerging markets).
Dominic earned an MSc in management from the University of Tübingen. He speaks German and English fluently.
