Claudia Mueller is the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at Simon-Kucher.
As CHRO, Mueller leads the consultancy's company-wide HR function and reports directly to Co-CEO Andreas von der Gathen.
Claudia, based in the Frankfurt office, has more than 30 years of experience in HR, both in the professional services environment and the industrial sector.
This includes stints at world-leading companies such as Arthur Andersen / Ernst & Young (EY), Nestlé, Savills Investment Management and GEA Westfalia Separator, where she successfully contributed to implementing far-reaching transformation processes.
She has extensive expertise in building and leading international, modern HR structures and teams in different markets. Prior to her new role at Simon-Kucher, she was most recently Head of HR Continental Europe at Cushman Wakefield.
Claudia has over ten years of experience as a systemic coach and is familiar with current topics such as agile leadership and cultural change.
