Wai-Ming (Wai) is a partner at Simon-Kucher and leads the North American Elevate Digital practice. Wai is a seasoned business and digital transformation growth specialist, having worked with large global fortune 500 corporations and small- and medium-sized business enterprises for the past 30 years. Wai was a former managing director and partner of a global fortune 500 consultancy, and for the past half-decade, Wai served as the chief digital officer and chief growth officer/chief revenue officer for various organizations in sectors including media and entertainment, financial services, high-technology, and B2B professional services.
Wai earned a Bachelor of Commerce, summa cum laude, from McMaster University. She has successfully completed leadership development programs at Accenture, Smith College, and Harvard University. In 2012, Wai was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal of Honor for her contributions to the digital information and information technology community.
