Martin is a Partner at Simon-Kucher and works in our headquarters in Bonn for the global Consumer & Retail Competence Center.
He started his professional career at Simon-Kucher in 2008 and has worked with leading global players and midsized companies on a broad range of strategy, marketing, pricing, and sales topics such as commercial transformation, channel strategy, portfolio management, consumer pricing, and trade term optimization. Martin specializes in managing complex international transformation and implementation projects. He has gained work experience in Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, and Europe.
In addition to his consulting work, Martin has written a number of publications. He is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, seminars, and universities.
Martin studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan with a focus on marketing, international management, and psychology.
