Kim is a manager in Simon-Kucher’s digital practice Elevate and works in the Munich office.
She has over four years of consulting experience and helps retail companies, financial institutions, and software firms of all sizes to drive topline growth by optimizing digital marketing and growth measures. She worked on international projects in Brazil, Singapore, the Netherlands, the Nordic countries, and Germany.
Her expertise includes identifying and building new business models based on digital marketing and data, digital marketing organization, marketing success measurement, international multi-brand strategy, and more.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Kim worked for Capgemini Invent where she supported the re-launch of the innovation lab. She also gained industry experience within the travel retail and confectionery industry through Gebr. Heinemann, Ferrero, and a startup company.
Kim earned her MSc in International Management in combination with the CEMS Master from the National University of Singapore including exchange studies at Copenhagen Business School and UCD Michael Smurfit Business School in Dublin.
