Onno Oldeman is Managing Partner and leads the consulting practice in the Netherlands. He is specialized in market strategy and due diligence, portfolio and service optimization, value pricing, commercial effectiveness, value selling and digitalization.
In various commercial transformations over the last 20 years he directly accompanied the implementation of new strategies for international companies in the consumer goods, industrial, chemical, professional services, and software industries. He continues to support several CEOs and management boards as a personal advisor and coach.
He performs his consulting work in most European countries and the United States. He is author of numerous publications and a regular speaker at conferences around the world. He studied at the University of Twente and INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
