Marco Torino is Manager of the Leisure, Travel and Transportation practice at Simon-Kucher & Partners.
He graduated with honors at the Bocconi University in Milan, with an abroad academic experience at the San Diego State University in California.
During his career, he became an expert in pricing strategy, revenue management, marketing and commercial strategy.
Marco has followed Italian and international companies in different industries Cruising, Ferry, Airports, Trainlines, Airlines, Leisure Parks and Entertainment.
He led different projects with the aim to define the effective pricing strategy to reach clients’ goals and to develop optimal revenue management models in order to leverage on pricing and demand increase, based on seasonal effects, occupancy, competitive positioning, external factors and more.
Moverover, Marco led different projects in several marketing and commercial fields, including channel strategy and partnership development, commissioning redesign, media plan definition and brand management with the aim to stimulate demand, increase penetration and win into the competitive landscape.
Last but not least, he is a leading expert in designing customer journeys and personalized experiences through touchpoints and services based on sophisticated and pragmatical segmentation, especially for highly complex environment such as airports.
