Volker is a Director in Simon-Kucher’s Cologne office. He is part of the Global Automotive Practice and works for original equipment manufacturers, suppliers and wholesalers. Before joining Simon-Kucher in 2011, Volker studied Business Administration at the University of Muenster.
At Simon-Kucher, his consulting activities cover a broad range of pricing and sales topics including monetization strategies for new products, price model design, value-based pricing, as well as discount and bonus systems for vehicles and spare parts.
In addition to his work on conceptual, quantitative and research based projects, Volker has conducted a wide range of trainings for his clients in the areas of "Power Pricing", "Value Selling" and "Negotiation Tactics".
