Carlos is a Director in the Life Sciences division of Simon-Kucher and part of the global Medical Technology Competence Center. Currently based in Luxembourg, he has previously also worked out of Simon-Kucher’s Madrid and Boston offices.
He has specialized in strategic marketing and pricing for the world’s leading MedTech and pharmaceutical companies, having worked on 30+ projects in the EU, US and LatAm in the past four years. His key focus areas are – pricing excellence programs, revenue management and sales excellence, commercial policy and trade terms, and pricing and positioning strategies for innovative medical technologies.
Carlos holds a M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Navarra in San Sebastian, Spain, having completed his Master’s thesis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, MA.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Carlos worked as a Marketing and Catalogue Manager for the retail department at Amazon, improving customer experience and managing selection enhancement projects.
