Conrad is the Managing Partner of Simon-Kucher’s Berlin office and Global Head of the Digital practice. He has more than 11 years of experience, passionately making digital transformation happen for his clients and delivering tangible outcomes in more than 60 projects.
At Simon-Kucher, Conrad specializes in digital sales and marketing transformation, customer value and experience management, digital business models, and commercial operational excellence. His experience covers a broad range of industries, including energy and utilities, industrials, technical services, healthcare, and lifestyle.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher in 2020, Conrad worked as a principal at A.T. Kearney, helping clients drive their growth and performance agenda by achieving excellence in (digital) customer experience. This included transforming their operating models, building up the right capabilities to unleash the vast potential of technology, and full digitalization. He was also the director of strategy and intelligence at Freeletics and member of the executive leadership team, driving their growth and go-to-market strategy in the mobile health and fitness market.
Conrad earned his Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and his Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance. He has a BSc in European studies from Maastricht University.
