Successfully launching a product is one of the most important factors for long-term success in the medtech industry. Identifying customer and patient needs, developing the right product, and finding the right price tag are crucial steps for creating an effective monetization strategy. The interaction of multiple stakeholder groups, from patients and clinicians to sick funds and regulatory authorities, make new product launches especially challenging.

We will examine the obstacles companies encounter when launching a new digital health solution in the medtech industry. Discussions will incorporate exciting and practical insights from our own project experience with 45 of the top 50 medtech companies developing market entry strategies for several of the biggest blockbuster products.

As part of the case study, we will discuss the strategic challenges that medtech companies face regarding market access, positioning, and pricing of digital health solutions.

Each group will be accompanied by one of our experienced consultants and will later present their results and specific recommendations.
