Alan Kelly


Alan is a Director with Simon-Kucher & Partners in London having been with the firm since 2010. He specialises in growth strategies with a focus on pricing, marketing & portfolio optimisation.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners Alan worked for Axia NetMedia Corporation in Canada as part of the Strategic Initiatives team identifying new opportunities for their next generation open-access fibre networks.

His clients at Simon-Kucher have included over 20 UK & international clients as well as many major brands (e.g. Avis, Biffa, Equifax, Ferrari, Regus & Skype). Alan also works with Private Equity companies where he advises their portfolio businesses on commercial strategy.

Alan is a regular speaker at conferences & business schools on a range of pricing & marketing topics.

Alan holds an M.Phil. Economics from the University of Oxford where he wrote his thesis on price discrimination.
