Sven De Labey is the Managing Partner of Simon-Kucher & Partner’s Brussels office.
He has worked on international assignments for a wide range of industries, with a major focus on Construction materials, Base materials and Technology. In his projects, Sven is specializing in value-based pricing, monetization strategies, and salesforce support toolkits. Other topics include Price governance audits and an IT readiness reviews to ensure that Pricing projects are implemented in a sustainable way in our clients’ organizations.
Sven is a frequent speaker at public events and hosts the Simon-Kucher & Partners Pricing Strategy conference in Brussels. Besides this, he leads training seminars for senior management on topics such as Pricing and Value selling. Sven is also a guest speaker at the Vlerick Management School on topics such as Monetization and Sales Excellence.
Sven studied at K.U.Leuven (Leuven, Belgium), and obtained a Master degree in Computer Science in 2005. Afterwards, he joined the university as a research fellow, and obtained a PhD in Engineering in 2009. He leverages this IT background to advise clients on how to persist project results in their technology landscape.
