Sara is a Senior Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners, and she is an expert in new product pricing, product positioning and commercialization strategy, and price optimization.
While working for Simon-Kucher, Sara has guided executives in how to drive revenue and profit growth by identifying and building strategies around packaging, pricing, and communication. She has also designed and analyzed large scale research studies to determine product bundling, pricing and uptake, and drove analysis on segmentation and willingness-to-pay using advanced conjoint methods. Her clients include technology, software and internet companies such as Paypal, Intuit, Cisco, and Carbonite.
During college, Sara worked for Hawaiian Airlines as a Process Improvement Intern. She created a vendor evaluation process, which was used by multiple business owners across the company. She was also able to conduct competitive and feasibility analysis for a strategic ancillary revenue opportunity.
Sara earned her MBA, with honors, from Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Her undergraduate degrees include a B.S., in Business Administration and a B.A. in Operations Research and Management Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
