Carsten is a consultant and member of the Insurance practice at Simon-Kucher & Partners. He has worked on a variety of projects for clients in Europe and South East Asia, combining scientific behavioral economics insights with everyday business processes.
His profound understanding of behavioral economics is based on practical experience within the insurance industry as well as his studies at Zeppelin University. Within this broad field, Carsten focused particularly on decision heuristics, nudging, and human irrationalities in decision-making. His in-depth knowledge is complemented by a broad portfolio of methodologies.
