Max is part of the Global Insurance Practices. He focuses on price/product design, salesforce effectiveness and digital sales processes.
Max has extensive project experience in the insurance industry, in which he worked for numerous clients in the DACH Region, and Asia (SEA and Japan). Within the scope of his projects he worked primarily on the optimization of insurance portfolios, and modeling of innovative sales processes (both on- and offline) with a strong emphasis on value delivery, customer engagement, behavioral pricing and needs-based selling.
Max pursued his studies in International Business at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. He holds a master degree in finance and marketing. He publishes studies about striking topics in the insurance industry regularly.
