Sales partners constitute an increasingly important channel for many businesses. However, our project experience show us that very few companies are able to achieve the full sales potential. Therefore, we invite to join us at our next Nordic TopLine Power® Breakfast Club event to gain insights into how we work with our clients to unlock sales growth from partners.

At the Breakfast Club, Nicolai Broby Eckert, Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners, will present overall market development and challenges. Thereafter, the breakfast club will go into detail on how to establish an effective channel strategy, including incentive schemes and partner training programs. Lastly, we will present methodologies which we typically apply.
