With more than a decade of expertise in commercial strategy and extensive involvement in large-scale value acceleration programs encompassing pricing, sales, and broader commercial excellence, Frederik stands out as a trusted advisor.
His specialization lies in commercial transformation and the development of commercial operating models within the industrial sector. Frederik brings substantial experience to the table, having advised some of the largest Nordic industrial firms on go-to-market planning, growth strategy, and global-scale sales acceleration.
Before joining the company, Frederik worked in a local consultancy, specializing in M&A and commercial strategy.
Frederik holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University, Denmark. He has Co-authored numerous papers and publications on commercial excellence topics and is a frequent speaker at conferences.
