Ed Emch is the Senior Portfolio Manager at Louisiana Pacific Corporation with responsibilities for pricing strategy, go to market strategy, and portfolio optimization. His primary focus is delivering revenue and profit growth. Prior to joining LP, he worked in Sales Management and then as the brand manager for Firestone, where he led brand strategy, distribution programming, and new product launches.
Ed’s greatest strengths are his customer centric viewpoint and data driven decision making ability. His experience in sales management and marketing management in the business to business space gives him a unique perspective on customer priorities. On one of his most recent projects he worked on optimizing a global brand go to market strategy for a $1.6B portfolio. This optimization resulted in annual revenue growth of over $80M.
In 2016, 2017, 2018 Ed and his channel incentive program, Milestone, was recognized with Platinum awards by the Association of Marketing and Communication professionals for Excellence in Marketing and Communication.
Ed holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Akron in Sales Management and Marketing Management. He lives in Nashville with his wife and daughter. In his free time, Ed likes to sail, snowboard, and explore new places.
