Ellen Kan

Partner

Ellen is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s New York office and has been with the company since 2012. She specializes in smarter go-to-market, monetization, and pricing strategies to help companies drive top-line growth. Her consulting experience spans a breadth of consumer and retail companies, with a particular focus on fast-moving consumer goods, eCommerce, and digitally native consumer brands. She has also worked with technology and internet companies and draws from that experience to advise consumer goods brands on digital challenges and opportunities.

Ellen’s consulting activities focus on portfolio-price architecture optimization, omnichannel strategy development, revenue model transitions, and best-in-class revenue management capabilities. She is dedicated to helping companies develop solutions that are both innovative and implementable.

Ellen’s work is focused on the North American region, but she also has extensive international project experience in European and Asian markets.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Ellen graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University, with degrees in international relations and quantitative economics.
