She studied strategy at the ESSEC Business School in France and also holds a degree in Information Systems Management from TelecomSud Paris, a leading French telecommunication engineering school. She started her career in New York, working as an analyst for an international investment bank.
Since joining Simon-Kucher in 2006, Marie Verdier has mainly been involved in developing innovative commercial, pricing and marketing programs in the utilities and the industrial sector. She has focused on revenue management, innovation value marketing/pricing and top-line growth strategies for companies with high fixed costs. She also specializes in sales excellence projects for global B2B companies that cover a wide range of topics, from commercial strategy, organization and process design to sales KPIs, incentives and action plans for implementation.
