Michael Dilger is a Partner with Simon-Kucher, working out of the company’s head office in Bonn, Germany. He received his degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Marketing from the University of Karlsruhe in 1999 and joined Simon-Kucher in the same year.
Michael is a member of the global Pharma & Biotech practice within Simon-Kucher's Life Sciences activities. He specializes in strategic marketing of pharmaceuticals, value-to-customer, market access, P&R strategies and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry. Here, Michael has developed numerous market entry strategies, mainly for innovative drugs and in many different indications. He has led numerous national and international projects for more than 20 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the globe.
Michael has also worked on numerous projects regarding the German market (e.g. with regard to AMNOG) and supported multiple clients in developing local market access strategies.
He has published an article on fixed reference pricing and is a speaker at international conferences on pharmaceuticals.
