Lorenzo Busca is a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners and he is responsible for the Corporate Banking practice in the Milan office.
His experience primarily focuses on strategic pricing models, commercial portfolio optimization, needs-based customer service models, marketing analytics, pricing, and risk modelling.
Lorenzo has worked with Italian and European financial institutions by helping them improve their efficiency in the pricing process, client segmentation, and salesforce preparation.
Lorenzo holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Pisa, where he graduated magna cum laude with a thesis on "Outward FDI of Chinese firms and the Eclectic (OLI) Paradigm – Evidence from Italy".
Lorenzo also studied at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, where he graduated with honours in Economics.
