Director dealing both with pricing (e.g. setting value-based price architectures or implementing prices through designing discount policies) and sales topics (e.g. building new product offering, incentive systems for sales forces or rebate schemes for distributors).

From the very beginning of his career closely linked to B2B industries. He gained his project experience across various industries ranging from consumer electronics and business services through banking to construction and production industries on the Polish market, on European markets, in North America and in Africa.

Michał holds B.A. in Finance and Accounting from The University of Life Sciences and M.A. in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from The Warsaw School of Economics.
