He has over 25 years combined experience working in senior commercial roles in the aviation space and consulting to various industries including airlines, rail operators, theme parks, air navigation service providers, logistics operators as well as consumer goods and industrial manufactures.
Toke has extensive experience with monetization products and services through customer segmentation, packaging, channel optimization and product portfolio management. He has also developed growth strategies for transportation players. He has hands-on experience from multiple roles from a European network carrier.
His experience includes pricing and discount strategies to implementing new commercial concepts cross multi markets and segments, managing price strategy units, introducing one-way pricing on short haul operations for an airline and he has managed transformational change relocating centralized functions. He has supported the design of a new global distribution strategy including the design of a more flexible distribution platform aligned to new industry standard (NDC) for airlines.
Examples of recent experience include the development of commercial strategic options for drone air navigation, assessment of growth options across the value chain for reginal airline, price optimization for a theme park, defining a pricing strategy for an airline, determining the market opportunity for a data insight tool for the aviation sector for global data provider.
