Will is a Senior Director in our B2B practice covering: Building Materials, Industrial Goods, Packaging, and Chemicals industries. Will is a specialist in sales excellence and sales and marketing transformations. Will has extensive experience in serving industries via distribution and wholesale channels including price list re-design, price increase programs, customer discount systems, and customer trade terms programs.
Through Will’s 11 years of consulting experience in the US, he has carried out many transformational efforts including: post-merger and divestiture commercial planning, implementing new go-to-market and sales force strategies, defining future state pricing analytics functions and designing future-state sales and sales operations functions.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Will was a Manager in Deloitte’s M&A practice. Will is a “Double Hoo” from the University of Virginia: He earned his undergraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Economics, then returned to earn his MBA from the University’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
