Carsten Cramer, born on December 23, 1968 in Münster, began his professional career as Managing Director and Head of Marketing at the traditional football club “Preußen Münster”. He then moved to sports rights marketing agency "Ufa" (later "Sportfive"). There Cramer was first as a Sportfive team leader at Hamburger SV and from 2002 to 2007, finally in the same capacity, at BVB. From 2007 to 2010, Cramer was responsible for the nationwide marketing and sales business as Senior Vice-President at Sportfive headquarter in Hamburg (now "Lagardère Sports"), before joining Borussia Dortmund on October 1, 2010 as Director of Sales & Marketing. For some years, the digitization and internationalization strategy has also been a major focus of his work. His other functions at BVB include the co-management of BVB Merchandising GmbH and Sports & Bytes GmbH as well as the board activity in the BVB Foundation "Leuchte Auf". As of March 1, 2018, Carsten Cramer was appointed as managing director of Borussia Dortmund Geschäftsführungs-GmbH; he has joint representative authority with another managing director and is exempted from the restrictions of § 181 BGB.

Dr. Werner Vogels is Chief Technology Officer at Amazon.com where he is responsible for driving the company's customer-centric technology vision.

As one of the forces behind Amazon's approach to cloud computing, he is passionate about helping young businesses reach global scale and transforming enterprises into fast-moving digital organizations.

Vogels joined Amazon in 2004 from Cornell University where he was a distributed systems researcher. He has held technology leadership positions in companies that handle the transition of academic technology into industry. Vogels holds a PhD from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and has authored many articles on distributed systems technologies for enterprise computing.

Neelie Kroes currently serves on various (inter)national company boards, a.o. Salesforce. Also, she holds non-business positions at Foundation LittleBitz, Rijksmuseum Foundation, Women’s Heart and AMREF Flying Doctors.

Previously Neelie Kroes was Special Envoy for start-ups in the Netherlands and headed the StartupDelta initiative that boosts the Dutch start-up ecosystem and aims to place it among the top 3 ranked competitive ecosystems in Europe. Before that, Neelie Kroes served 11 years as EU Commissioner, the first term as EU Commissioner for Competition Policy and the second term as Commissioner in charge of the Digital Agenda for Europe. The last term she was also Vice-President of the European Commission.

Before the European Commission, Neelie Kroes was President of Nyenrode University from 1991-2000, and served on various company boards, including Lucent Technologies, Volvo and P&O Nedlloyd. From 1982-1989 she served as Minister for Transport, Public Works and Telecommunication in the Netherlands.

Neelie Kroes is an international advocate for the position of women in the tech industry and female entrepreneurship.
In 2007 and 2008 she was listed in the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women at the 59ste and 47ste position.

Pavel Daniman is 38 year old and the CMO of Kyivstar, the leading Mobile operator in Ukraine. His career started  in Kyivstar 15 years ago as a Call Center agent and  later was the head of Geo-marketing unit. In few years he became a Head of Value Proposition department, leading pricing and new product for consumer market. Since 2017 Pavel has been Chief Marketing Officer responsible for pricing, brand development, customer value management, wholesale, customer relationship, new business and partnerships.

A German native, Patrick Marinoff started his career at Daimler in marketing strategy. He was then appointed executive assistant to the CEO. 
In 2006 he took a leadership role with the luxury brand Maybach as Global brand manager. In 2013 he was appointed Head of brand appearance for Mercedes-Benz with responsibility for the overall corporate architecture of Mercedes-Benz including dealer network, fairs, events. 

Since 2014 he was Head of sales for AMG and member of the Executive Board of Mercedes-AMG GmbH. 
Patrick Marinoff joined the Renault Group in September 2019 as Managing Director of Alpine. He will have responsibility for leading Alpine’s next chapter of its rebirth.

Matthias is an Operating Partner at BC Partners in London. He works with portfolio companies on driving value creation, with a focus on commercial effectiveness and cost excellence, and is actively contributing to making new investments. Among others, Matthias was involved with Elysium Healthcare, VetPartners, PlusServer, Ceramtec and Antelliq.

Previously, Matthias was part of the management team at the Talis Group and worked as a consultant at Booz & Co and Roland Berger, mostly in PE value creation, restructuring and post-merger integration. He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MSc from the Leipzig Graduate School of Business.

Niranjan is currently Vice President, Retail Term Investments & Savings within Personal & Commercial Banking at RBC Royal Bank with responsibility for the overall P&L of the Retail Term Investment & Savings business within Canada. This includes the strategic direction, product development, distribution strategy, and pricing and yield management with the overall goal of enabling consumers savings, financial planning and investment needs Niranjan is also the Head of RBC Healthcare, an integrated healthcare banking business for RBC providing holistic banking and beyond banking solutions for the healthcare sector.

He has held numerous senior leadership roles at RBC. With over 25 years of experience in product, strategy and distribution including, roles as Vice President, Strategy Commercial Banking, Vice President & Head, Sales Strategy & Effectiveness Canada and Regional Vice President for the East York/Beaches retail banking market within the Greater Toronto Region (GTR). Niranjan has also held leadership roles in Small Business Banking, Deposits Product Management and Retail Operations.

Niranjan has a deep commitment to his community with a particular focus on healthcare and has held senior leadership roles in this sector for over 15 years. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation (formerly the Toronto East General Hospital Foundation), and was previously Vice Chair of the MS Society of Canada, Ontario Division Board. He also currently is a Director of Ontario Global 100, an exclusive network on Ontario CEOs focused on accelerating growth at a global level.

Niranjan and his wife Sara have two daughters and reside in Toronto.
