Heather is a Partner in the Boston office, and is a member of the Global Pharma & Biotech Practice in Simon-Kucher’s Life Sciences Division. In addition, she co-leads the US operations of the Global Consumer Healthcare Practice.

With the firm since 2006, Heather has over 20 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.

Heather is a recognized expert in the development of global payer value proposition and communication strategies, moderation of payer/market access advisory boards and internal client workshops, development of global pricing and market access strategies, assessment of US public and private payer policy, development of market access plans and specialty distribution programs, and HCPCS and CPT coding assessments. 

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Heather served as a Senior Strategist for Quintiles Strategic Research Services, combining brand strategy with Phase IIIb and IV clinical research. At The Lewin Group, she was a Senior Manager in the reimbursement strategy group. She has also held the positions of Manager, Reimbursement Programs and Market Analyst conducting strategic market assessments and other pre-launch activities for PAREXEL’s Medical Marketing Services Division.

Heather earned a B.A. in Health and Society from the University of Rochester.
