Shengyun is a partner in Simon-Kucher’s Shanghai office. His project work focuses on pricing strategy, revenue and profit growth, sales improvement, and market entry strategy. Shengyun specializes in three core industries: automotive, consumer goods and retail, and software, internet, and media.
He has more than 10 years of professional experience in both Europe and China. He started his career as a research and development engineer at PSA Group and joined Roland Berger’s Paris office in 2013. During this experience, Shengyun consulted and supported a large number of international clients across topics, such as market entry, market due diligence, distribution strategy, mobility strategy, innovation monetization, and sales improvement.
Shengyun earned his master’s degrees from two leading French universities, École Polytechnique and IFP School, and his bachelor’s degree from Tongji University.
Shengyun lived in Europe for 10 years and was the president of the Tongji Alumni Association in Paris. He regularly speaks at public events in China.
