Frank is an expert in face-to-face and digital sales, product offering and pricing strategy as well as behavioral economics in P&C, life and health insurance. He helps his clients to successfully plan, manage and implement digitalization initiatives. His projects have covered more than 20 countries across the globe.
Frank received a master in business administration from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany and Ecole de Management Strasbourg, France, majoring in sales & marketing, organization and international relations.
Frank has published numerous articles, studies and whitepapers on product, pricing, sales and consumer behavior in the insurance industry. He is a regular speaker at conferences.
