Nick Zarb

Partner

Nick is a Partner at Simon-Kucher and works in our San Francisco office. Nick has 12 years of experience in consulting and strategy, including nine at Simon-Kucher. He spent six years in the London office before transferring to San Francisco in September 2016. Prior to joining us, he worked in the Group Strategy team at Royal Mail in the UK and held other consulting positions.

At Simon-Kucher, Nick has worked for B2B and B2C clients, predominantly in the software, internet, and media space, with a focus on subscription businesses, online marketplaces, and monetizing innovation.

His most recent project topics include identifying optimal subscription packages for a new online VR social multiplayer game, designing the portfolio and packaging for a SaaS ERP company, developing the pricing strategy and structure for a company’s new AI product, and optimizing pricing and packaging for a mobile app DaaS company.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Oxford.
