Nicholas is the Senior Director of Commercial Excellence, leading a team of pricing, analytics, and IT professionals for Assa Abloy. The team is responsible for pricing strategy, pricing execution, and delivery of business analytics to the company’s Americas division. Prior to joining Assa Abloy, Nicholas worked in a pricing capacity at Honeywell International, as well as in numerous business transformation and finance rolls at Stanley Black and Decker in their industrial business division. He has also taught finance and economics at community college in Connecticut.
Nicholas has a degree in Business Administration (Economics), an MBA, and is currently enrolled in the Harvard Business Analytics Program.
