Matthias Riemer is a Director in the Automotive Practice of Simon-Kucher & Partners. His work focusses on pricing, sales and strategy projects for leading OEM in the automotive and heavy machinery industry.
Before joining Simon–Kucher & Partners Matthias Riemer studied Information Systems at the University of Cologne focusing on Electronic Business and Information Management. During his studies he was able to gain automotive experience in Germany and the Middle East.
At Simon-Kucher, his consulting work includes value-based pricing for physical and digital products, price model design and general monetization strategies.
Matthias has worked on numerous new vehicle launches, pricing process design, sales and aftersales projects for clients worldwide – including the US, China, Russia, Mexico and Japan.
