Victor is a Consultant in the Life Sciences Division in Boston. He has been with the company since 2018. He has worked with leading pharmaceutical and medical technology companies on key strategic initiatives for the commercial success of new products.
Prior to Simon-Kucher & Partners, Victor worked at the life sciences venture capital firm Flagship Ventures performing due-diligence for new company formation. He also served as a consultant to a number of life science and medtech groups in the Boston/Cambridge area performing market opportunity assessments and competitive positioning assessments for them.
Victor holds a PhD and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a focus on biomedical engineering and technology commercialization. In his research, he discovered a novel patent pending therapeutic for skeletal muscle disorders. With the Dana-Farber Cancer Research Institute, he developed techniques to personalize medicine for cancer patients. Prior to that he designed medical devices to lower the cost of care of cardiac patients at the Legatum Center for Entrepreneurship and Development. He holds a B.Tech in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
