Brad Soper is the Global Head of Technology & Industrials and Partner at Simon-Kucher in Atlanta where he specializes in pricing excellence and sales force transformations. He also co-leads Simon Kucher's global Technology & Industrials practice.
While he has worked within most industry verticals, his recent focus has been primarily on the B2B sector with a particular focus on chemicals, building materials, industrial/capital goods and B2B service companies. Brad’s areas of expertise include go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, value-based discounting and sales force effectiveness.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Brad worked with a leading private equity firm as a turnaround specialist where he did multiple long-term placements supporting the executive teams of portfolio companies. This operational involvement, combined with international consulting experience at a leading strategy and management consulting firm, enables Brad to bring a multifaceted perspective to his projects.
Brad received his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy where he was a four-year varsity football letterman. Brad flew F-14 Tomcats for nine years in the US Navy prior to earning his MBA from Harvard Business School.
