Michelle has experience in developing revenue growth strategies for companies in the consumer and retail, media, and software / information services industries. She has worked on projects based in the US, Canada, UK and China.
Her consulting focus is primarily around helping companies develop evidence-based marketing and pricing strategies, as well as implementing more effective pricing processes to ensure long-term sustainability. Her experience includes global pricing transformation programs, pack-price architecture for complex consumer & retail portfolios, price model optimization, packaging design, and subscription pricing.
Michelle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics, where she is a member of the Eta Kappa Nu Honor Society.
