Mobility is undergoing fundamental change, not only in technological terms. New modes of transportation are developing almost on a daily basis and mobility models continue to shift at a rapid pace. Mobility as a Service (MaaS) offerings are catering to an increasing need for on demand mobility covering both private and public transportation. - Preference shifts: What do customers look for in different transportation options? Where do new modes of transportation shine? What are the strengths of traditional options? How has COVID-19 impacted preferences and mobility choices?
