Felix Meyer is a Director in Simon-Kucher’s Banking practice and is based in the Hamburg office. He advises banks on strategic growth, monetization, and transformation topics.
Within the Banking practice, Felix is responsible for the securities business and advises banks on the strategic development of their brokerage and investment businesses. A particular focus of his work is on how banks can sustainably develop their securities business in an increasingly dynamic competitive environment. This includes innovative brokerage and bundling models, responses to new competitors and changing customer expectations, as well as the further development of investment and retirement solutions. Felix has also led numerous projects focused on the strategic realignment and transformation of banks’ payments businesses. At the core of his work is the question of how banks can combine customer value, growth, and sustainable profitability. As an author of articles and studies and a speaker at webinars, podcasts, and industry events, he regularly shares his perspective on current developments in banking, particularly in the securities business.
Felix studied business administration in Cologne and Hamburg, with a specialization in finance and strategic management.
