Max is a Partner and the global head of the Financial Services sector, based in Cologne, Germany.
He advises leading banks, brokers, asset managers and B2B infrastructure providers on commercial strategy, go-to-market and sales excellence topics and has extensive project experience in the fields of strategic positioning, pricing, and profitability management with a large number financial service providers across all major financial hubs.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher & Partners, Max gained several years of consulting experience at Deloitte Consulting in Zurich, focusing on pricing, profitability management, and merger integration topics in various industries. He has published several articles on growth-related topics in the Financial Services industry and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
Max holds a Master in Accounting and Finance from University of St. Gallen and a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris and University of St. Gallen. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2014.
