US Qualitative interview terms and conditions

By participating in this study (“Study”), you agree to the following terms and conditions in connection with Simon & Kucher Partners (“SKP”) facilitating expert market research interviews for itself and/or its clients:

• SKP will provide you with an honorarium fee (“Fee”) for each Study.
• SKP will provide you with the amount for the specific Fee related to the respective Study. Any Fee will be paid in USD.
• The Fee will be distributed via a mailed check, ACH direct deposit, or wire transfer.
• All information provided by SKP to you may include information related to SKP or a third party and is considered confidential and you agree not to disclose any such information to any other third party without SKP’s prior written consent.
• You agree that you are not restricted from participating in a Study by a legal, employment, contractual, fiduciary, non-disclosure or other agreement or obligation you have, and you have obtained necessary approvals from your employer or others to enable you to participate in a Study.
• In order to participate in the Study, you will need internet access and any other requirements specified by SKP prior to the Study.
• You agree you are not an employee, representative or agent of SKP and are not entitled to any other benefit other than the Fee.
• Any answers or information you provide in connection with the Study will, unless noted otherwise during a Study, be treated as confidential information and will be anonymized.
• You may withdraw from the Study at any time, but failure to complete the Study in full will result in no Fee paid to you.
• Any information provided by you during the Study may be used by SKP for its use and for its clients.
• SKP may terminate the Study should your conduct be, in SKP’s sole discretion, not be professional during the Study and you shall not be entitled to any Fee.
• In the event of an SKP cancellation or reschedule prior to the Study, SKP will endeavor to reschedule a suitable date with you, but is not liable to pay you any Fee unless a Study is completed in full.
