Simon-Kucher Grows While Accelerating Digital and Commercial Innovation

Firm expands global leadership and invests in tech- and AI-enabled commercial expertise for sustained growth.

Simon-Kucher, the world’s leading commercial growth and pricing consultancy, continued to grow in 2025 while accelerating investment in digital, software, and specialist commercial capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

Despite uneven market conditions and cautious client spending, Simon-Kucher increased revenues by six percent to €606 million (USD 686 million). The firm now employs nearly 2,200 people across 45 offices in 32 countries. This performance reflects sustained demand for its commercial expertise alongside deliberate investment in capabilities designed to deliver long-term value for clients.

“In an increasingly demanding environment, we help our clients achieve commercial success,” said Dr. Gunnar Clausen, co-CEO of Simon-Kucher. “They value the combination of our continuously evolving commercial expertise and deep digital capabilities.”

Strengthening tech-enabled commercial capabilities

Over the past year, Simon-Kucher expanded its digital and software-enabled offerings and further embedded data, analytics, and AI into core client work. These capabilities are focused on improving commercial decision-making across pricing, monetization, sales and go-to-market execution, with a clear emphasis on measurable revenue and profitability outcomes.

Growth was supported by strong client demand for Simon-Kucher’s commercial growth expertise, particularly in digital, monetization, and sector-specialized solutions.

Key areas of growth included:

  • Digital and software-enabled commercial solutions.

  • Advanced pricing, monetization, and revenue management capabilities.

  • Investor support across the deal lifecycle with commercial due diligence, value creation, and growth acceleration services.

Global expansion and partnership development

In line with its long-term strategy, Simon-Kucher continued to strengthen its global footprint and leadership base. Twenty-eight new partners joined the firm effective 1 January 2026, bringing the total partnership to 227.

The firm also expanded its international presence with the opening of a new office in Bangalore, India, and continued to deepen sector expertise across its global office network to meet growing client demand for specialized commercial support.

Leadership to support the next phase of growth

To support its continued evolution, Simon-Kucher strengthened its leadership structure in 2026, appointing Bhavin Manjee as Chairperson of the Board, welcoming Steffen Ulitzka and Ignacio Gomez Garzon as new Board members, and re-electing Eddie Hartman.

The firm also made several senior leadership appointments across key sectors and practices, reinforcing its focus on deep industry expertise combined with modern, tech-enabled commercial capabilities. These appointments include:

  • Max Biesenbach, Global Head of Financial Services

  • Jon Causier, Global Head of Banking

  • Michael Nadel, Global Head of Insurance

  • Rosalind Hunter, Global Head of Leisure, Travel, & Transportation

Looking ahead

As Simon-Kucher enters the year ahead, the firm will focus on scaling its commercial growth expertise and translating recent investments into sustained client impact.

“Our priority is to convert capability into scalable impact,” said Joerg Kruetten, co-CEO of Simon-Kucher. “With a strong foundation as a trusted commercial advisor, we are well positioned to help clients unlock their next wave of sustainable growth.”
