Study Methodology
The World's Best Management Consulting Firms 2026 list was developed by Forbes in collaboration with Statista. It is based on a four-step methodology combining insights from three national top lists in the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom with a global survey of 5,400 consultants and 3,700 clients across 31 countries. Consulting firms were eligible for inclusion if they operated offices in at least three of seven global regions. Recommendations were collected across 13 industries and 15 functional areas, and a star rating was awarded based on relative performance in each area.
