Felix Napp is Senior Director within the Banking Practice at Simon-Kucher and works in the Hamburg office. He is leading the team responsible for optimizing the sales organizations of clients, including topics such as sales strategy, customer-centric cross-selling, and performance management. He is also an expert in optimizing pricing and product architectures in the financial sector, as well as in digitization projects, especially digital sales, and developing sophisticated customer loyalty programs. Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Felix worked at Commerzbank in several departments, mainly focusing on corporate customer business. He pursued his Master of Management at ESCP Business School, earning a triple degree in German, French, and Spanish.
