Prior to his tenure as CEO, he had already gained over 20 years of experience with Simon-Kucher as a Partner. He established and led the global Consumer Goods & Retail practice, focusing on sales organization, product pricing, and brand strategy for both national and international clients across all stages of the consumer goods value chain.

He has developed growth and performance optimization strategies for numerous leading utilities companies in the DACH region.
