With more than a decade of experience in commercial strategy and extensive involvement in large-scale value acceleration programs spanning pricing, sales, and broader commercial excellence, he is a trusted advisor to senior executives.
His core expertise lies in commercial transformation and the design of effective commercial operating models. Frederik has advised leading Nordic companies across sectors on go-to-market strategy, growth initiatives, and global sales acceleration programs, helping them unlock sustainable top-line and margin impact.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Frederik worked in a local consultancy, focusing on M&A and commercial strategy.
He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University, Denmark. Frederik has co-authored numerous papers and publications on commercial excellence and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
