Hubert Paul is a Partner in Simon-Kucher’s Atlanta office and part of the Consumer division in the US.
He has over 10 years of experience as a top-line growth advisor in developing B2C commercial excellence and monetization strategies, with a particular focus in multi-category and specialty retail, apparel / footwear, restaurants, and consumer services. He specializes in developing and leveraging insights from primary research, customer and market data, and process improvements to increase topline revenue, design customer segment-specific experiences, and define best-in-class pricing and promotional excellence strategies.
Hubert also has deep expertise leading regional and global pricing transformation programs that span strategic and pricing optimization all the way through sustainable governance and pilot through full roll-out implementation.
Prior to joining the company, Hubert held strategy consulting roles at other large consulting firms, where he focused on retail and pricing strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
He earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He is also a leader in Simon-Kucher’s Asians at SK ERG.
